Overview
Systems implementation activities must be carefully managed if they
are to be effectively performed, on time and within budget. Huron is
positioned to take a leadership role in implementation activities, working
with both provider and vendor personnel on an ongoing basis.
Process
Depending on the needs of your organization and the relationship with
your vendor, Huron can provide system implementation assistance as a
third party intemediary to facilitate the process or as a hands on manager
of the process. The first step in the process is to establish and review
a comprehensive work plan with built in milestones and expectations
on for both the vendor and for members of your organization. What follows
is an onging monitoring and project management activites specific to
your implementation goals and time frames.
